I obviously cancelled my policy mid-month (mid-August), and it is now nearly mid-OCTOBER and I still have not received my pro-rated refund! I keep going back and forth with Darec Brooks, he keeps saying he’ll email me and then Doesn’t until I reach out again a week later, total PAIN. I cannot afford to lose nearly $350 because no one in this agency knows what theyre doing!!! I am being scammed!!!"
